Results-driven Business Analyst with 3–5 years of experience in the insurance and broking sector. Specialized in supporting Global Solutions for multinational clients, with a strong focus on the Dutch market, policy processing, fee contracts, and broking operations.

Experienced in SOX-controlled environments and skilled in documenting clear and detailed process flows that support control, consistency, and efficient hand-offs across teams.

• Part of the following projects:
  • Fee contract implementation
  • Policy implementation
• Documenting requirements from the Netherlands (NLD)
• Supporting the business during:
  • Gap analysis and design phases
  • Build phase (including preparing test scenarios together with the business)
• Supporting the business in preparing and executing end-to-end (E2E) testing of various CRS components
• Coordinating and optimizing processes related to policy processing and broking operations

• Coordination of global and local policies
• Support for master and local placements
• Servicing multinational clients

• Experience with:

  • Business Requirement Documents (BRDs)

This Business Analyst plays a key role in the implementation of fee contracts and policy solutions within an international insurance environment. The focus is on process optimization, compliance (SOX), stakeholder alignment, and high-quality business analysis, with specific expertise in the Dutch insurance and broking market.
